A magnificent large piece of Natural Libyan Desert Glass, personally selected by me at the Denver Gem Show.

At 151 grams, this is a substantial specimen with incredible presence. Its soft golden champagne color glows beautifully in the light, revealing layers of translucency, natural texture and the extraordinary surface markings that make every piece of Libyan Desert Glass completely one of a kind.

I especially love the shape of this piece. It feels sculptural and ancient, almost as though it was formed intentionally, yet everything you see is part of its natural character.

Libyan Desert Glass is an extremely rare natural glass found in the Great Sand Sea of the Sahara, near the border of Libya and Egypt. It formed approximately 29 million years ago under conditions of extraordinary heat.

For me, Libyan Desert Glass is much more than a rare collector stone. It has been one of my greatest crystal allies for many years.

I connect its energy with personal power, transformation, protection, abundance, manifestation and higher guidance. It carries an ancient yet expansive energy that I love working with when stepping into a new chapter, strengthening intention and bringing what we feel and envision into physical creation.
