A beautiful, substantial piece of natural Libyan Desert Glass, personally selected by me at the Denver Gem Show.

This piece immediately caught my attention for its gorgeous golden color, beautiful translucency and wonderfully organic natural shape. When the light moves through it, different shades of soft yellow, honey and desert gold appear throughout the glass.

Libyan Desert Glass is an extremely rare natural glass found in the Great Sand Sea of the Sahara, near the border of Libya and Egypt. It was formed approximately 29 million years ago during an event of extraordinary heat, with scientific evidence connecting its formation to a meteorite impact.

Energetically, Libyan Desert Glass is one of my greatest personal crystal allies. I connect it deeply with personal power, manifestation, abundance, transformation and higher guidance.

It is a stone I love for moving forward, trusting your own path and bringing intention into the physical world.
