We already know that one crystal by itself possesses the innate ability to affect our mental and physical states in many ways. However, the arrangement of multiple crystals in a grid, brought together by a personal goal or intention can help focus their energy to achieve our greatest goals.
When I think of the wondrous energy of crystal grids, I’m reminded of the decorative breastplates worn by High Priests, a title given to the chief religious official in Judaism. The breastplate contained inlaid stones that would grant the High Priest with the ability to communicate with the tribes of Israel and to God himself.
The stones were arranged in special order, creating a particularly powerful energetic vessel that harnessed each stone’s unique energy and frequencies, granting High Priests with the power to heal and discover truths.
We also have the capacity to tap into this power and consciousness. When we use a crystal grid we have the potential to amplify and direct the power of crystals. Creating a crystal grid begins with the most important factor: our intention. Think of the grid as our vessel in which we put our conscious needs, desires, and mental states.
Most amazingly, and because crystals naturally have a way of reflecting our condition in a natural and pure way, many of our unconscious needs are also added.
Once our intentions are set, we can begin to gather our crystals and arrange them in a grid pattern to tap into the connection between the crystals and focus the natural and pure energy to our aimed goal.
The crystal grid is a wonderful tool to improve the flow of energy in your life. Not only that, the crystal grid also brings beauty and clean energy to any place and space in which it is located - external or internal.
Here are the steps to create your own crystal grid:
- Begin by whispering your intention to the stone that will be placed at the very center of your grid. This will become the Master Stone, or the center point from which all energy will be magnified.
- Next, place the stones that will extend outwards from your Master Stone on the grid. These stones are called Way Stones and are most commonly quartz points that will draw energy outward from the center.
- Then, place stones that will form the outer perimeter of your crystal grid. These stones are called Desire Stones and are typically selected to compliment your intention or intended outcome.
- Finally, we have to connect and energize your crystals so that they create a network of harmonious balance aligned to your intention. To do so, take a quartz point, wand, or athame and begin by tracing the lines of your grid. After doing so, your crystal grid will be activated and complete.
